These terms cover use of aphrodite.click. A later management or production agreement, if you sign one, controls that work. This page is a draft for counsel review.
Adults and purpose
You must be 18 or older to use this site or inquire. The site describes OnlyFans and subscription-creator management, non-explicit production recruiting, niche strategy, and brand-influencer conversations. It is not an offer of escort, companion, or meetup services. Do not use it to request those.
No income promise
Figures on the tiers page are commercial terms for our fee, not a forecast of your earnings. Results vary. Past months, including anyone else’s, are not a promise to you. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
Ownership is policy until it is a contract
The Creator Ownership Pledge is how this desk intends to work: you keep accounts, passwords, content, and platform payouts. The signed agreement is what makes those sentences enforceable between us. Read it. Have your lawyer read it if you want. If another contract still binds you, resolve that before you sign.
Talent agency status
We do not claim to be a licensed talent agency under the California Talent Agencies Act unless and until a license is held or a licensed partner is named on the brands page. Do not treat a brand inquiry as that license.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site to recruit minors, to seek or offer sexual services, to threaten or dox anyone, or to ask us to impersonate a creator. We may refuse an inquiry for any of those reasons, or for no theatrical reason at all: not every application becomes a client.
Intellectual property
The Aphrodite Models name, rose mark, and the text of this site belong to the desk or its licensors. You may not copy the site into another agency’s clothing. Your content remains yours, as the ownership pages describe.
Liability
The site is provided as information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make solely from these pages. A court, not this paragraph, decides what the law allows. Counsel will set venue. The intended reading is under California law, for a business based in West Hollywood.
